Terms & conditions for all promotions and offers The following
terms and conditions apply to all promotions and offers. In addition to
these key terms, please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the
specific conditions applicable to any promotion in which you decide, or
are invited, to participate. This should occur on each respective casino

The general terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions
with all the Fortune Lounge casinos and must be read with all relevant
promotional terms and conditions. Promotions are only valid for the
period as specified in the promotion offer communications, and specific
to referenced casinos or account numbers. For the purpose of all
promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern
Standard Time (GMT -5). Where promotions are specifically addressed to
an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the
casino and casino account number as specified in the promotion
notification communication. Irregularities between the name of the
casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the
method used to make purchases will invalidate any offer. Unless
specifically stated otherwise, all purchases must be wagered at least
once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that
purchase will be credited. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all
deposit match bonuses must meet the following wagering requirements
before they may be cashed in: the deposit amount must be wagered at
least ten (10) times, and the bonus amount must be wagered at least ten
(10) times. the wagering requirement (for cash-in purposes) will start
being counted from the time the promotion bonus was added to the casino
account. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all free money that has
been awarded (including but not limited to free casino credits, prizes,
or service credits) must be wagered at least ten (10) times before it
may be cashed in. Very often the wagering requirements may be in excess
of ten (10) times, so it is important to familiarise yourself with all
of the specific conditions pertaining to each promotion). Should you
reach a $0 balance during the course of meeting your wagering
requirements, these requirements become null and void. This will not
apply to a $0 balance achieved via a funds transfer or Cashin. Wagering
on Roulette and Craps do not count in respect of wagering requirements.
Wagering counts towards bonus requirements in the order that each bonus
offer is taken up i.e. wagering requirements need to be met for each
bonus before subsequent bonuses may be cashed in. If a player does not
want any bonus which has been deposited into their account by the casino
then they are entitled to request a casino support consultant to reverse
the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone
call, whereafter the reversal will take place. If wagers have taken
place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from
your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support
staff) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have
been met. If a player has made a deposit to which a bonus has been
attributed, or received a Free Money bonus on the account, the player
may still at any point choose to cash in. However, if the wagering
requirements with regards to these bonuses have not been met, the Casino
reserves the right to forfeit the bonus i.e. the full bonus amount will
be removed from the player's account and the remaining balance (where
applicable) of the Cashin will be processed. Fortune Lounge reserves the
right to audit any cash-ins. No cash-ins will be allowed under any
circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honoured, until a
minimum purchase of $20 is made at the casino where the cash-in is
occurring and any subsequent purchase match bonus is wagered in full.
The minimum cash-in amount at any Fortune Lounge casino is $20. The
minimum cash-in amount in order for a check to be sent is $30. Should a
player make arrangements with the casino to transfer funds from the
player's casino account to another casino account in the player's name,
any bonus amount contained in the player's original account shall be
required to remain in such account until such time as the wagering
requirements in respect of such amount have been met by the player.
Furthermore, any amount transferred in the aforegoing manner shall not
constitute a purchase and shall not qualify the player for any bonus
whatsoever in respect thereof. Fortune Lounge Casino Promotions
department will be the sole judge in respect of honouring any
promotional offer. Fortune Lounge reserves the right, exercisable in its
sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any
time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. Any person
deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified without notice.
The promotional offers are closed to all employees, contractors,
advertising agencies, and their immediate families associated with the
casinos at which the promotions may be taken up. Each promotional rule
shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is
found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the
remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.
General terms & conditions
You ("the player") fully understand and agree to become a
party to and shall abide by all rules, terms and conditions contained
herein as the sole set of rules pertaining to the use of the Royal Vegas
online casino ("the casino"), and that such rules, terms and
conditions may change from time-to-time. The player shall be responsible
for checking these terms and conditions regularly for any changes
thereto. By registering an account (whether Guest or Real) at the
casino, the player: Warrants that all information provided by the player
to the casino is true and correct and acknowledges that, should it be
discovered by the casino that any information provided by the player is
false, the casino reserves the right to suspend the player's account,
including the payout of any cash-ins, until the true position with
regard to the player's identity is clarified. Accepts these terms and
conditions as a binding agreement between the player and the casino, and
furthermore agrees that such agreement shall be the sole agreement
governing the player's relationship with the casino to the exclusion of
all other agreements, statements, and representations save for a written

verifications documents after your account has been opened. The
documentation required is: valid form of identity issued by the

passport, a copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund

of the front and back of each and every credit card registered on your
casino account. Casino management reserves the right to withhold any
cashins if the required documentation is not returned. These measures
are as much for player, safety, as that of the casino. If there are any
irregularities or if there is a mismatch between the name and address of
the player, and the name and address associated with the credit card, or
other mode of payment, used by such player, all transactions conducted
with such credit card will be considered as invalid and voidable in the
sole discretion of casino management. The player, by providing their
postal address, agrees to accept hardcopy correspondence from the casino
at such address, from time to time, and acknowledges that such
correspondence may carry conspicuous branding identifying the same with
the casino. If the player does not wish to receive hardcopy
correspondence to their postal address, they may unsubscribe from such
communication by sending an email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the
subject header to unsubscribepostal@fortunelounge.com. The player, by
providing their email address, agrees to receive email correspondence
from the casino at such address, from time to time. If the player does
not wish to receive email correspondence to their email address, they
may unsubscribe there from by following the unsubscribe instructions set
out in the casino's "Privacy and Spam policies". The player
acknowledges that participation at the casino amounts to gambling, which
carries the risk of losing money and warrants that the player is aware
of such risks and that the player's participation at the casino is
entirely voluntary. By playing any game at the casino, the player
warrants that the player is familiar with the rules of such game and
acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the
"help" facility at the casino. Players at the casino must be
over the legal age of majority, meaning that the player must be an adult
with full contractual capacity or a "major" as that term is

player shall not allow any third party including, without limitation,
any minor (person under the age of majority stipulated in the clause

account details. The player accepts full responsibility for the
consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the
generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies and
holds the casino harmless in respect of any damages arising from the

agencies, media partners and agents harmless and shall fully indemnify
the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages

reuse of the casino; use of any materials at the casino; entry, use, or
re-use of the casino server; participation in any game at the casino;
the acceptance of any payout/prize from the casino; or breach of any
warranty given in terms of this agreement. Player warrants that the
player's interest in the casino is personal, and not professional.
Players entering the casino do so solely for their own personal
entertainment and any other entrance, access, use, or re-use of the
casino by the player is strictly prohibited. Play at casino, as real or
guest players, is intended for the use of Adults, for entertainment
purposes only. The use of robotic, mechanical, electronic, or other
devices to automatically make playing decisions in any game as a guest
player or real player is strictly prohibited at the casino save where
such devices are provided, or specifically authorized in writing, by the
casino. Use of such devices may, in the sole discretion of casino
management, result in action including exclusion from play at the
casino, confiscation of funds up to an amount not exceeding net

that casino management may close any casino account which is, in its
sole opinion, undesirable or dormant for a period of 6 months. Any
"real" funds i.e. not promotional or bonus funds (dealt with
in terms of additional terms and conditions) in any such casino account
at the time of closure will be claimable for 6 (six) months thereafter.
Players who discover that their accounts have been closed in terms of
this clause 16 shall be entitled to lay claim to such "real"
funds upon application to the casino, whereafter such funds will be
refunded to the player, provided that application has been made within
the aforementioned time period. Due to time-sensitive processing issues
with FirePay transfers, no FirePay reversals will be accepted on any
account during a player's first month of gaming at the casino. Should we
receive any Firepay reversals on an account in this first month period,
all winnings will be lost, even if the reversal is settled. Each clause
contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable
from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or
unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full
